Poor baby, he probably is very confused, not only because he has lost his sight, but the whole vet visit experience and the meds. Sorry I can’t help with advice, but hope others may be able to give helpful advice and empathy.
I am sure he will sleep soon from the meds he has onboard, and tomorrow I am sure you will hold him and keep him close until he feels better. I so feel for you too, but you did the right thing and he will adapt in time. Hang in there, you will have the strength to get through this.
