Seeing the vet is first. Then, I would try to change my pattern, so if she always pees when I sit on the floor to greet her, I would put on her,lead and take her for a short walk. Whenever I recognized a negative pattern, i’d Try to create another.
Maybe the vet could recommend a behaviorist.
