Just because the standard says not to exceed 7 pounds doesn’t mean that right for your yorkie. Like Callie’s ideal weight is 16 pounds, Joeys is 10, Penny’s is 12 and we won’t know Ollie’s yet but it’s guessed to be about 10 pounds. You vet should be able to help you with what is the best weight.
