Agreed. A spay is definitely due. If your dog goes into heat, you will have to wait until she is out of heat to get her spayed. It's best to spay before the first heat, though. I hope you can get in to see a vet soon.

BTW, here is the link to the NC State Veterinary College emergency hospital: https://cvm.ncsu.edu/nc-state-vet-ho...mal/emergency/ . They are open 24/7/365, and their rates are reasonable for emergency care. I'd put their number in my cell phone for just in case. A regular local vet can do the spay, though. Retained baby teeth are also usually removed during the spay. Just don't put it off too long.
