Yes it can effect them. I have found mine like to rest a lot when it’s very hot and when it’s raining. We have had pretty bad heat since Sunday and mine are all taking it pretty chill and sleeping a lot even the puppy. It seems to effect my girls worse then the boys but my girls have much thicker hair. Just make sure she has fresh cold water and that she doesn’t get overheated and she should be fine.
