My 7 yo boy is like a kid with new toys, he likes anything that squeaks, rubber or fuzzy cloth, if it squeaks he's on it. He wasn't always like this, I rescued him when he was 2 1/2 yo, he didn't know what a toy was, not even a ball excited him, it took me close to a year to get him to play with any toy, now I have to watch out he doesn't break the TV with all his flinging things around. Do you encourage her to play, I would tease my guy with a toy, then toss it, I kept this up several times throughout the day for close to a year, then one day he bought me a toy to play tug with.
