His behavior is completely normal. He’s had excess skin for a long, long time. His previous vet wasn’t concerned &, I guess, his new vet isn’t either since he never said anything (& there has been a lot of palpitating of his neck). I even asked his groomer if she’s ever since this in a Yorkie. Her reply was that he is older & a tad chubby, so of course he would have extra skin, which makes sense.
And his name, lol, he is a Bruno through & through, lol.
