I certainly wish you and Callie well.
Icy, one of my collies, had Cushings. She never vomited, ate all her food, but she did lose weight. She was never overweight to start, but she became thin. Her energy did go down, too. Of course, she had herding titles, so she had been extremely active. After a few years living with Cushings, she was content to chase an occasional deer who dared enter our yard. She lived to be 15, a good age for a collie.
Hope you are just seeing a normal progression of a condition.
