My Bruno (9 y/o) is a little chunkster (not tea cup; he’s a tea kettle-sized Yorkie). He has always had excess skin on his body, including sagging under his chin. I recently had his vet look at it. He palpatated it & said he wasn’t concerned. But I have yet to find anyone else who experiences the same thing w/ their Yorkie. I guess he has a dewlap? I have once again stumped Google. Does anyone else’s Yorkie have this?
I’m in panic mode after going thru a mini health scare w/ him (swollen lymph nodes & salivary glands - a smear (came back as salivary gland infection) & FNA (results came back as a reactive lymph node; no lymphoma) were done. He did a two week round on antibiotics, which caused his lymph nodes & salivary glands to decrease significantly. But now I CANNOT stop worrying about everything. Ugh, thank you for letting me rant
