Here is the link to the thread about my beloved Cookie. Not a day goes by that I don't wish I had her back. She fought this illness like a little bear and I was blessed to have her in my life from her diagnosis in 2012 until March 6, 2017 when I lost her to cancer.
She suddenly developed a tumor behind her eye and was gone in days....so the PLE did not take her. There is hope with these pups, but it does take a lot to turn them around sometimes. I hope your parents' girl will respond to treatment.
