 Yorkie not wanting to eat his food
Hi I am a first time yorkie owner and currently he is 7 months old (officially tomorrow) for the past few weeks we have been struggling to get him to eat. He gets excited when we say the word eat but as soon as we put the food in his bowl he walks away. (Royal Canin yorkie puppy food) It got better where he would eat the food out of our hands, but when he eats a pebble it just falls out of his mouth, we suspected teething but his stomach also made strange sounds yesterday so we took him to the vet. the vet suspects it's a spastic colon and gave him a buscopan injection and put him on flygal for ten days. Have any of you experienced this with your yorkies before? Any advice welcome |
