Poor you and the dogs, you have been through so much recently.
There is a dx food by Hills that is non allergenic that the vet may suggest if food allergy is suspected.

I would think if it was an allergy to chicken that it would of came back faster after coming off antibiotics, but may be it took time? I feel like that's lower on the list but not out of the possibilities.
Seems like the light at the end of the tunnel is getting further away!
