Looks like another stool sample and comprehensive vet visit. For the allergy, the vet might suggest a short trial of the commercial dx food. But that seems the longest shot to me. I feel that the parasites did a job on the GI systems leaving the dogs with very sensitive GI tracts. But I am not a vet and haven’t seen the dogs. I was once a research scientist only and tend to look at controls etc. so please excuse my comments and discussions. But I have also had sick dogs with complex issues and know how hard it is to pin down a dx sometimes. Good luck, and may you have the stamina and funds to get to the bottom of this!
