I think it's one or the other not both.

She gave us the Tylan because Metronidazole is not good long term, it can cause neurological damage.

Pax seemed to respond to the Metronidazole or Drontal Plus (dewormer, he took both), but we took him off the Metronidazole after being it on it for 5 weeks and no diarrhea for 2 weeks of that.

We've dewormed Pax 4 times in the last few months (2 weeks apart), it's getting harder to believe it's that as he's not even going outside anymore.
