Yes, agreed. However on that very same note, I would prefer to know what is put onto the foods, where it comes from, etc.
Not sure if you knew about this but a while back a brand got caught selling dog food with a chemical agent found in pet euthanasia drugs.
Granted it was found in very small amounts in said dog food.
Which is illegal to put in pet food in any quantity of it.
But my question is raised as to how such dog food came in contact with a drug used to put other dogs (among other animals) to their eternal rest. Perhaps that food contains animals that aren't slaughtered/butchered? Perhaps it comes from poor ol' yeller whom was too old and in too much pain and had to be put down?
Furthermore, wasn't said company found out to contain such chemicals from the 1990s? Now I am not saying this applies to any of the foods you have mentioned but this is why I am highly cautious with foods.
