Start teaching her basic commands sit, stay, come etc. reward with treats when she gets it right and happy voice saying good girl. Work with her no more then 5 to 7 minutes through out the day. Teaching commands builds a bond between you and the pup.
Are there other ppl living in the home, are they raising their voice to her when she does something she's not supposed to do.
6 1/2 months old did you get her spayed. |
I got her from my brother's neighbor/landlady. She got her from a breeder. She was going to breed her. The story is slightly confusing; either she was tracking to be too small for breeding or she was too small for the male the woman had. Anyway, I took her, cause I was having trouble finding a female.
When I put her in her pen at night, she just stands on her pad and looks at me. And when I get up to go to the bathroom she immediately jumps up and looks at me. She's only now--after 36 days--starting to walk around and follow me "just a bit."
