Did you get her directly from the breeder, was she placed with another family before she came to you. If you got her directly from the breeder and she was never with another family before coming to you she shouldn't be so timid. Be gentle with her when talking to her, never smack or hit her, never yell at her if she does something wrong, correct her is a firm voice, but not loud voice. Start teaching her basic commands sit, stay, come etc. reward with treats when she gets it right and happy voice saying good girl. Work with her no more then 5 to 7 minutes through out the day. Teaching commands builds a bond between you and the pup.


Are there other ppl living in the home, are they raising their voice to her when she does something she's not supposed to do.



6 1/2 months old did you get her spayed.
