She started her on Reglan daily. We'll try that for a couple of weeks then if she doesn't regurgitate within that time, she'll add another couple weeks of the med and go from there. Hoping this does the trick but there really is no rhyme or reason as to when Abby does this. It's never right after she eats. She could go weeks without having any problems.
If she really needs to be scoped, I'll have it done.
For now, we'll see how or if this medication helps.
What do you feed her out of curiosity? When she regurgitates or vomits is it just a little bit or most of her meal? Is there a lot of bile with it?

I went to the vet for Pax and the vet recommended the same treatment. We didn't proceed because Pax was battling another GI issue (see the parasite thread).

Well coincidentally, he stopped having issues when I started feeding a blander diet. I thought maybe it was due to him having the small intestinal issues at first. When I started transitioning back to his normal food a few days ago, the regurgitating/vomit (4-5 hours after eating) came back. I'm still experimenting but I'm feeding a blander diet again, and he's not spitting up.

Wanted to share my experience.
