As for liver at the store, can it be given raw? I mean cooked will reduce all those important nutrients. I don't know where they sell livers but I never see them for sale... All I see close to liver is liverwurst and not sure that's good for them.
Btw on a side note, can I give my dogs boiled store bought fish and fish skins 2x a week or so? I want her to get a variety. I feel one of the pleasures in life that I personally have is being able to eat a variety of foods. I could see a dog being depressed by eating same thing in and out without much variety. |
Raw can be very dangerous it would be fine being cooked. Just make sure whatever your giving her isn't going over 10% of her diet or you look at her food not being balanced.
