Not sure what Abby has that causes the regurgitation, but Casie used to do this too occasionally. The kibble pieces were still all intact. I started soaking the kibble in water for 5-10 minutes and then draining the water before feeding her - this seemed to help and since then, she hasn't regurgitated anymore.
