So is chicken the only/main protein you're using...?
I would really suggest trying whitefish - dogs tend to *love* it. Could be anything: sole, cod, tilapia...anything. Put a bit of season-all on it, bake a bunch up at once since they shrink so much - and try it. It can be especially appetizing to sick/GI/struggling dogs.
