One: my neighbor saw her and said she was a teacup silky terrier. I don't think so, but I'd like opinions! B: Any suggestions for small comb or brush for her lil face? And 3: She doesn't bark and won't play with tennis balls. Is this normal?

Welcome. Your little pup is adorable. I use a small hair comb for Oscar's face. Oscar rarely barked when we first brought him home but he found his voice soon enough.
