It is SO beyond excellent that you and your Vet had the bloods sent to U of Tenn - just awesome choice, diagnostically!!! You can only get this kind of rich info about the adrenals and steroids from there.

So, it looks like - if anything - it's possible she is in early stages of Cushings. The only way to really confirm is to recheck in 6mths like they said - via ACTH or LDDS, or just send bloods to U of Tenn again for richer diagnostics.

** Did they say which steroid or intermediate steroid was increased, if any...?

It may not be a bad idea to give the melatonin and lignans. The melatonin would be NON-sustained release...just get the 3mg regular release kind - and you give twice a day.
