I keep telling Don we need to get another Yorkie and name it "Magnum." He doesn't agree, darnit. We thought of Magnum for a name because a magnum bullet is so powerful, a magnum of champagne is so much fun, and Magnum P.I. was a TV favorite. But Yorkies are a BRITISH breed, so I though Higgins sounded appropriate.........Thought it would automatically make him mannerly.......and then maybe he wouldn't try to eat my ice cream cone right out of my hand like he did just now......
I have always wanted to attend the Blessing of The Animals at St. John the Divine Cathedral in NYC. They have even brought elephants down the aisle to be blessed!
