There are also MANY threads on here if you search for pet strollers and you might find more helpful hints.
When I had a bicycle as a kid, we'd carry tire patch kits and a portable air pump clamped below the bicycle seat in case of such emergencies. I don't expect anyone to do this for a dog stroller--I was just reminiscing . I do remember getting a flat tire on a country road miles from the nearest town, but I was prepared!
