Bella will jump and clamor inside her stroller if she spots someone, or if I walk away too far from her. She's never come close to tipping it over--it's quite stable. The Guardian Gear strollers seem to have a low center of gravity, making them more stable. They also fold up for ease of transport, although I usually don't fold it up since that takes a bit of maneuvering. I just lay it down sideways in the back of my pickup if we're taking Bella somewhere. 99.9% of the time, though, we walk with Bella in her stroller in the neighborhood, or park her in the stroller in the back yard so she can watch us barbecue or do yard work.
