I'm going to make a list of things to which the new little one should be exposed, and pool water is one of those things.
Hopeful that exposing her in a non-forceful and non-threatening way would be a good thing. I'm not sure these little ones could get out of a swimming pool on their own.
Perhaps she could learn how to find and swim to the steps?
