As to a bumpy ride...not sure where you are going, but I know I don't take my pups out anywhere where I have those concerns.
I mostly go to stores ... and out on sidewalks. Never an issue . I also don't ever have to deal with flat tires. I would not buy one with inflatable tires...but, that is just MY opinion. LOL I hate anything that could be a problem later. Flat tires are not my thing. |
