I can spin my three wheelers 180 degrees with one finger on the handle. We had a four wheeler for use in the back yard of my sister-in-laws house. It just didn't have the same maneuverability, such that I almost always needed to use both hands. Even then, a 180 wouldn't have really been possible.

Your mileage may vary; your needs may be different.

I found stroller prices online to be more competitive, but I would definitely shop local stores and see them in person to check out how easily they maneuver and collapse.
