Our youngest, Gus, is going for the Simpson family record...the other day he climbed onto the rolled arm of our leather couch and launched himself across the room to land on the adjacent chenille couch. Not only did we have to remind him that he should not jump, but also point out that he is only allowed on the leather couch!
Glad we only have one! Kaia's latest trick is to jump up on me when I'm in my chair then walk across a circular end table (we've named it the Kaia Kaia Highway) and leap into my wife's lap. This is way more fun than just jumping into wife's lap from the floor! Then when she gets bored with wife's lap she'll jump about 3' to the couch. As long as she's healthy and happy we've quit worrying about her jumping.
