Ours have always been jumpers and climbers, and keeping them from injuries has been a challenge. With multiple yorkies we no sooner address one of them, reminding them that we do NOT jump off the top of the couch, when we turn around to see the other leaning over the gap between the other couch to examine something on the coffee table! Our youngest, Gus, is going for the Simpson family record...the other day he climbed onto the rolled arm of our leather couch and launched himself across the room to land on the adjacent chenille couch. Not only did we have to remind him that he should not jump, but also point out that he is only allowed on the leather couch!
