Some canned pineapple (Dole, maybe?) is packed in pineapple juice with no sugar or sweeteners added. You have to read the label very carefully. If it's just packed in pineapple juice with no added sweeteners, it should be fine, so long as you just feed the pineapple chunks and not the juice.
