If you've got a high resolution picture that doesn't quite fill out the T-shirt dimensions, I'd be happy to give it a try in Photoshop. Just PM me and I'll send you my email address. In my current shirt, I had to clone some grass at the bottom to get it to fill out the shirt.
One thing I discovered this time is to not crop pictures as tightly as I would normally do it. On this one, I left more sky and that helped fill out the top of the shirt.
