Maybe rub something on that yorkie like a sock or toy and put in in bed with her (I've had a toy that had been rubbed by momma and a sock that had litter mates' scent). I also kept the kennel next to my bed, with a nice crate cushion and towel over the cage. She adjusted beautifully, lol but I didn't as I woke to her every movement ^^;. Maybe even add something that's got your scent too like an old shirt etc. I tend to create a "nest" for my girl and she has ever since loved/demand it. (she'll dig at her laying spot when it's too flat and she wants some raised areas). Granted, I created an area in front of the cage that was her "potty" area, maybe make an area at the opening that they can come out a little bit?
