I'd be re-tracing every step in the treatment--beginning with the specifics of the vaccine.

I think it is easy to straight out blame the vaccine here when something else could have been picked up from the vet or she is throwing up bile due to an empty stomach or possibly something liver related. I think two very different things are going on. I don't think everything is related to the vaccine.
