The white/creamy stuff doesn't necessarily mean infection - nor does the yellow crusting.

Is the conjuctiva red...? Pull the lower down and out on both lids and compare redness to each other.

Eye issues are emergent when a dog is holding its eye closed / mostly closed - and doesn't want to open it. That can indicate corneal abrasion and/or embedded foreign body - and needs to be seen asap.

Is she holding it closed at all..?
