Yes, they do extract more teeth and it can be upsetting BUT left in the mouth, they cause so much more harm/illness. The last two dentals done in my house were last month.....Pippi and Teddy. They both had abscesses that would have been a major problem down the road. While I kind of hate xrays because they tend to lose more teeth, I do realize it is MUCH healthier for them in the long run.

Ohhh and btw those bottom incisors are a huge problem. There isn't much bone under them to begin with.
