I do agree, it is the individual groomer you should worry about. I don't mean to bash ALL Petco/Petsmart places. There are exceptions of course. I just don't recommend it, only because the have a tendency to hire just any old groomer to fit an employment space and that makes me uncomfortable. Once I took Monkey to be groomed there & he had the sloppiest knot on the top of his head & I had to cut it out as soon as i got home, ruining his hair. Another petsmart dropped my friend's dog and I've just read so many other things about places like this on this forum as well. I really didn't mean to bash your groomer.
