Welcome to YT, with only one face photo she looks all yorkie to me.

She sure is a little cutie. What a horrible start in life, bred at a year old. This little girl needs lots of TLC and she has found that with you. If she is pregnant, depending how far she is, the vet can terminate the pregnancy and spay at the same time.

Two of my yorkies bodies stayed pure black, one had auburn face and legs, the other, face and legs were gold, the one with auburn had a tinge of reddish you could see in bright sunlight. Both were pure yorkies and AKC registered.

Her color can change to traditional silver and tan, most yorkies hair color keeps changing. The two girls I had they stay black body with auburn face and legs, the other gold face and legs. My rescue boy now 7 years old, is traditional silver and tan but the silver keeps changing in color, so do not be surprised if she starts changing
