So very sorry for your loss of Dallas.

I would start with the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America. Here are some breeders listed for the state of Texas:
Dog Breeders Map List- The Yorkshire Terrier Club of America

If you're not in a rush, I'd contact some of them and ask when they are next attending a local dog show. Then meet them in person. Then ask if they have puppies available or other retired show dogs they'd consider selling. Oftentimes, in a litter, there will be some that are larger (i.e. over 5 lbs) that show breeders will not show and will want to sell.

When you know that the show breeder cares about the health of the breed, and find out that they've been showing for years, it's as close you can get to a guarantee of the health of their puppies. Nothing is ever 'for sure', but reputable show breeders should want healthy pups for showing.

You'll notice a distinct difference from meeting Greeders. They are very heavy in 'selling' to you their puppies. They will make you feel pressured to put a deposit down. It's an overall uneasy feeling. Most will also tell you all their puppies are loved and raised in their home too. But really, it's just a puppy breeding business. They care about the money.

Best wishes to find your pawfect future puppy.
Take your time and don't rush it!
