I’m going to be honest with you. A reputable breeder wouldn’t let puppies go at 8 weeks old because it is not best for them and they should be kept until 12 weeks with their mom. All Yorkies are part of the toy group. The price would lead me to believe there is no genetic testing or anything done. Several other breeds of dogs she breeds would be a red flag. Also a red flag would be if you were not meeting her at her place. A good place to look for reputable breeders is ytca.org
