Chloe my little yorkie who passed away last year went to PetSmart once and only once. I picked her up and she had a top knot. When I removed it I saw a fairly large cut on her head. I called to complain and they insisted it happened at home. Seriously how does a pup get a cut under a top knot? I never took her there again.
Sophie my new furbaby goes to the most amazing groomer. I have never met a groomer so fiercly protective and loving with dogs. Sophie adores her. The last time I went to get her she was asleep inside Katy's coat all snuggled up. I got very lucky finding her <3 |
