I used the link (above) provided by matese to successfully resize a photo and upload same to an album on my profile page.
Using the link is a five step step process. In the first step, you just browse to the file on your computer and select it. In "Step 2" you resize the photo (to say 600 pixels). I didn't change the photo quality setting, nor did I need to change the output format. As step 3, click "Upload and Resize Photo." The site will then display a resized image. As step 4, click on the option, I think it was below the photo" to download the resized image to your 'puter.
As the final step, once the resized image is on your computer, you should be able to upload it to YorkieTalk.
