CBS News ran a short commentary this week about prospective pet loss. The clip that stuck with me was an observation-- "...it turns out that death is actually a pretty important part of life. The reason we humans love so hard is because we know instinctively on some level that it's a limited-time offer."
We lost our little senior girl two weeks ago, but the joy she brought us will last forever in our hearts.
