2-I click on submit it takes 30 + seconds to accept and bring me back to the page.
3-I click on new posts I have to wait 30 + seconds for it to accept.
I never had these long delays.

Exactly! First I couldn't even log-in using my desktop icon and then, when given another link (which generates an unusual looking forum), everything I do takes forever and is mind-numbing and extremely irritating. And yes, when it comes to computer stuff I am absurdly and unreasonably impatient.
