I don't know you and have never seen your pups but the fact that you have a screen name of tcupyork makes me suspicious. Any breeder who advertises tea cup yorkies should be avoided. I truly I hope I am wrong about you but to intentionally breed smaller pups just to be able to charge more money for them is wrong. The "tea cups" will almost always have more medical issues than your standard size and usually carry genetic defects.
I am also curious why it took 3 and half years to respond to the thread.
