I've gone with the "shaved down" look for my girl in warmer seasons because her hair grows like a weed and is thick. So I try to keep it between 1/4 to 1/2 inch long and I keep her facial hair on the short side as well. She actually looks more adorable to me cause her nose bridge hair is short so i can see her eyes more and she stays much cooler. It's not considered a popular cut for yorkies, but I've had tons of people stop me and complement her cut.
