I was married in 1961. Coming up on 45 years with the greatest guy in the world. He helped around the house and with the kids back in the 60's when it wasn't the "in" thing to do. He took his little daughters everywhere in their frilly little dresses. He cooked, cleaned house and changed diapers when most men thought that was women's work. He treats me special because to him I am special.
He loves our little 5 lb Yorkie and even likes the frilly little bows I put in her hair. You should hear him talk baby talk to her.
My husband has always been very confident in his "Manhood" He is very much a virile man and knows it and knows he doesn't have to prove it to anyone.
If you want a Yorkie, I say "go for it". If anyone judges you by your choice in dogs, they are the one with the problem. |
