Sometimes these pups have other neuro issues besides the chiari ... a thorough work up and testing should be done .. there are treatments and, in some cases, surgical options.

Please keep us posted if you do go....good luck!
These are both good recommendations. I read that there is an 80% success rate in surgical treatment of this disorder, so please look into this with a vet that specializes in neurology.
