You could try Greater New Orleans Vet Specialists. Our rescue uses those specialists for our special needs fosters in that area. They have saved the lives of a few pups for us...we have been very happy with them!

Sometimes these pups have other neuro issues besides the chiari ... a thorough work up and testing should be done .. there are treatments and, in some cases, surgical options.
