You could try Greater New Orleans Vet Specialists. Our rescue uses those specialists for our special needs fosters in that area. They have saved the lives of a few pups for us...we have been very happy with them!

You also could to to LSU, but that is about an hour from you:
How do I make an appointment?

Sometimes these pups have other neuro issues besides the chiari ... a thorough work up and testing should be done .. there are treatments and, in some cases, surgical options.

Please keep us posted if you do go....good luck!
